For years, Carrie Andrews has been an advocate for working families. Everyday she negotiates good wages, health benefits, and fair working conditions. As the next County Legislator in the 21st District, she will use these skills and experience to improve the quality of our neighborhoods and our city.Carrie believes that government needs to be accessible and responsible to the people and plans to invest a portion of her legislator's salary to open a district office. Carrie will be a voice and advocate for those who do not have a voice. A graduate of Cornell University, Carrie’s family roots inspired her to dedicate her career to fighting for working families and communities. She believes that our future depends on new, independent Democratic leadership, and a foundation of living-wage employment and technology that will retain businesses and youth in Rochester.
